A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Lockport man who is charged with taking an unauthorized video recording of a 16-year-old girl while she was entering and leaving a shower. A felony charge of unauthorized video recording was filed on Wednesday against 44-year-old Joseph Cagnina Jr., according to police.The investigation into Cagnina began at close to 2 p.m. on Aug. 6 when a report was made to the Lockport Police Department, according to police.A woman reported Cagnina had taken video of her 16-year-old daughter while she was entering and leaving the shower, according to Lockport Deputy Police Chief Ron Huff.The videos were taken from outside of the victim’s residence and were taken without the victim’s knowledge or consent, Huff said..
